- Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂🌑
- 1 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening) 🌾
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Toss the beef stew meat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned on all sides.
Sauté the Vegetables:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a bit of olive oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened, about 5 minutes.
Combine Ingredients:
- Add the browned beef, sautéed vegetables, potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary to an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer. Stir to combine.
Cook in the Air Fryer:
- Reduce the air fryer temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the air fryer basket.

Optional Thickening:
- If you prefer a thicker stew, mix the flour with a little water to make a slurry. Stir it into the stew and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
